Understand Customer's Requirement

Customers sends referenced smaples or draft or sometimes it is just a idea about what they want us to make.

Design & Drawing

After confirming sizes, styles and materials,we will draw the draft for sample and quotation.

Prototype

Prepare the raw materials to make the prototype according to the drawing.

Smaple or photos for customers' confirmation

After sample is available, we will take photos or send the sample for customer's checking.

Adjust or re-make, if any

Any getting feeback from the customer about the sample. sample will be re-adjusted or to make a new one if needed.

Pricing

Once sample is confirmed, we will make the quotation on the basis of all the materials , usage and structure.

Pre-production sample

Every part of the sample same as prototype, every details to be cut, to be welded, to be assembled by the mould.

Production

Lead time of new products ususlly longer than on-site products, so once order is confirmed, we will produce ASAP.

Can I have a sample order?

Yes, after price confirmation, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

What about the lead time?

We offer flexible lead times. Normally it takes 30-50 days after receiving deposits and confirmed all the details.

Why choose our rattan outdoor furniture?

We use PE rattan to weave by hand, which can prevent rain and sun, and has strong breathability. Our rattan is UV resistant for 2000 hours and pulling force can reach 110N.

How to remove mold from rattan outdoor furniture

We can use a rag to dry it. If it is serious, you can use iron sand ball to clean the mold on it, and then use dry rag to clean it, and put it in a ventilated place to dry.

The installation method?

Yes, we will provide installation instructions or installation videos.

What are the terms of payment in formal trade?

Usually, T/T 30% deposit before production, balance against documents copies.
